Restore or reshape with Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers

Our facial structure is comprised mainly of muscle, fat, skin and bone. As time wears on, these structures lose volume, elasticity and density… leading to wrinkles and sagging skin – the familiar signs of aging. Rapid weight loss can also be a contributing factor.

Dermal fillers are a safe and effective treatment that helps smooth out lines and replenish lost volume, giving your skin a more youthful and refreshed glow. Fillers can also be used to modify your existing look, to create a more desired appearance. For instance, to obtain fuller lips or accentuate your cheekbones.

What is Hyaluronic Acid?

HYALURONIC ACID (HA) is a naturally occurring substance in the body, which decreases with age. Also referred to as hyaluronan, a key function is to keep our skin hydrated, soft and voluminous. From the inside out. HA is a gel-like compound that absorbs water molecules and expands, adding to its benefits as a dermal filler.

How do Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers work?

HA dermal fillers are temporary and come in various gel consistencies suitable for various parts of the face. Ideally, the goal is to create the most natural appeal, by matching filler to the treatment area and utilizing the right amount to meet your individual needs. HA is injected beneath the skin and can last anywhere from 6-12 months, or more. Individual results may vary.

The beauty of HA dermal fillers is that they are slowly and naturally absorbed by the body over time, so if you are unhappy with your results or have an adverse effect, the filler can be easily dissolved with a separate solution.
